ABOUT CORVERA

Making entrepreneurship accessible.

Our business consulting services were created with one purpose in mind: to make entrepreneurship more accessible, understandable, and achievable.

Who we work with

  • Entrepreneurs
  • Aspiring business owners
  • Nonprofit founders
  • Established organizations

Founded from firsthand entrepreneurial experience, our company understands the challenges individuals face when attempting to turn an idea into a legitimate business or organization. After experiencing the high costs, confusion, and lack of affordable guidance associated with launching a nonprofit organization, our founder recognized a need for professional business support that was both practical and reasonably priced.

We work with entrepreneurs, aspiring business owners, nonprofit founders, and established organizations to help transform ideas into organized, actionable business plans.

Our services are designed to assist clients with business startup guidance, document preparation, organizational development, business planning, operational support, permits and licensing guidance, menus, professional business materials, and other essential startup needs.

Rather than simply completing documents, we believe in educating and empowering our clients throughout the process. Our goal is to help every client understand what they are building, why each step matters, and how to establish a strong foundation for long-term success.

We believe financial limitations or a lack of business knowledge should never be the reason someone gives up on a great idea.

Our mission

Our mission is simple: provide professional, accessible, and dependable business support that helps entrepreneurs confidently move from vision to reality.

MEET YOUR CONSULTANT

Hi, I'm LaToya.

Business consultant & entrepreneur · Serving SC, GA, FL & CO online

I didn’t become a business consultant simply because I wanted another business.

I became one because I remember what it felt like to have a vision and not know exactly how to bring it to life.

When I started my first nonprofit, I was excited about what I wanted to create and the people I wanted to help. I had the vision, the passion, and the determination—but I quickly learned that having a great idea was only the beginning.

There were documents to understand, registrations to complete, requirements to follow, decisions to make, and questions I didn’t even know I needed to ask.

Then came the prices.

I remember looking at what people were charging to help someone start a business or nonprofit and thinking, “How is someone who is just getting started supposed to afford this?”

The prices were ridiculous.

It became frustrating because I knew there had to be other people just like me—people with incredible ideas and genuine purposes who were becoming discouraged before they ever had the opportunity to get started.

Some people don’t give up because their idea isn’t good enough.

They give up because the process becomes overwhelming.

They give up because they don’t know what comes next.

They give up because they’re being told it will cost thousands of dollars just to get their foundation in place.

I never forgot that feeling.

Instead, I decided to turn my experience into something that could help someone else.

My journey taught me about business, but more importantly, it taught me how valuable the right guidance can be when someone truly believes in their vision.

That is the heart behind my business consulting brand.

I want to be the person I wish I had when I was getting started—someone who can explain the process, answer the questions, help organize the vision, prepare the necessary documents, provide resources, and remind an entrepreneur that their dream is possible.

I want my clients to feel comfortable asking questions. I want them to understand what they are doing instead of simply being handed paperwork. And I want professional business assistance to be reasonably priced so that getting help does not become another obstacle standing between someone and their future.

Because sometimes an idea is more than an idea.

It can create financial freedom.

It can create jobs.

It can change a family.

It can serve a community.

It can become a legacy.

My purpose as a business consultant is to help people take that idea they’ve been carrying and give it the structure, knowledge, confidence, and support it needs to become something real.

Your vision deserves a chance to become reality.
